How do I stop getting paper statements?

Please send an email to your local customer service representative:  

  • For MN, please use customer.serviceMN@premiumwaters.com  
  • For WI, please use customer.serviceWI@premiumwaters.com        
  • For ND, please use customer.serviceND@premiumwaters.com 

     You may also enroll in autopay at premiumwaters.com and you will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing.
